Harry Judd opens up about how he uses exercise to overcome depression

Harry Judd is the drummer in the hugely successful bands McFly and McBusted and is nation’s favourite ever winner of Strictly Come Dancing.

Despite this, there have been times when Harry has been prone to anxiety and other mental health issues. He’s not alone. Today, anxiety, depression and eating disorders affect more of us than ever before and we are all looking for ways to adapt, cope and survive the pressures of daily life.

The one thing that Harry has turned to time and time again to redress the balance in his life is fitness.

I’ve used exercise to overcome the strains and stresses of some of the most difficult moments in my life.

Harry tell how he has used exercise to conquer his demons in his new book Get Fit, Get Happy.
